Mahālīlā was created through a shared journey of life, travel, and practice.
We met in India while we were both deeply immersed in yoga and vedanta, study, and personal exploration. What began as connection in a meaningful place slowly grew into a shared life, shared practice, and shared values.
Over time, yoga became more than something we practiced individually—it became the foundation of how we relate, live, and understand ourselves and the world around us.
When we later moved to Canada, Mahālīlā was born.
It became our way of sharing what had transformed our lives: yoga not as performance, but as a path to connection with oneself.
Today, we continue to build Mahālīlā together, weaving our lived experience, practice, and values into everything we offer.
Our intention
To share yoga as a practice for real life.
To support connection to oneself through movement, reflection, awareness, and intentional practices.
To offer a space where yoga is lived, not just learned.
Mahālīlā is not separate from our life—it is an expression of it.
