By the end of the course, you will have a solid foundation for reading simple Sanskrit words, mantras, and texts in Devanāgarī.
No previous knowledge of Sanskrit or Devanāgarī is required.
Perfect for yoga practitioners, teachers, mantra students, and anyone interested in the Sanskrit language.

3-Hour Workshop
Ṛtu means "season" or "the appropriate time," and vidyā means "knowledge."
Inspired by the work of Sinu Joseph and the traditional wisdom she has helped bring to light, this workshop explores the menstrual cycle through the lens of the Vedic tradition.
Together, we will examine the physical, emotional, and spiritual significance of menstruation, the traditional practices associated with this time, and how these teachings invite a more respectful and conscious relationship with the body's natural rhythms.
Rather than viewing menstruation as something to overcome or ignore, Ṛtu Vidyā offers an opportunity to rediscover it as a time for rest, reflection, and renewal.
This workshop combines traditional teachings with thoughtful discussion, creating space for questions, personal reflection, and practical understanding.
This workshop is open to anyone interested in learning about the traditional understanding of menstruation and feminine wellbeing.
Duration: 3 hours
